The Science of Change

The latest research in Neuroscience tells us we spend 95% of our waking day completely unaware of our thoughts, feelings, actions and behaviors. We live our lives on autopilot making subconscious choices based upon beliefs instilled in us by our early childhood experiences. To change our lives we must step out of these old habits and begin making new choices that are in alignment with who we want to be and what we want to experience. Quantum Physics says we are all connected by a field of energy and that every potential outcome in life exists right here and right now. This is not science-fiction, this is science-fact. To experience a new outcome to an old story we must tune into a new dialing in a radio station.

How do we do this? 

The human body is a complex organism made up of trillions of cells and powerful biochemical signals called neurotransmitters, neuropeptides, and hormones. Every thought, feeling and experience changes the biochemical and physical structure of our body. We use these physical structures called cells to pick up information in our environment via our five senses. When we learn to observe what we are thinking, what we are feeling and the behaviors we are exhibiting, these conscious observations result in a 'new you'. No longer are we victims of subconscious choices...we become conscious architects of life; tuning into new potentials.  This is how permanent change happens.
